Hey everyone! How are ya'll doing!? Good, I hope.


Today was... erm... interesting. My mom, Aly and I went to the CN Tower. All the way up, I might add. I decided at one point to look over the side, just a little, and that was a big mistake, because almost instantly the floor started moving.


After we came down from the tower, we walked along the street (on the sidewalk, of course, but you know what I mean) and was it PACKED! They *had* an Argos game scheduled for tonight. I don't know if they went through with it or not, because when we left, it was raining. They would have closed off the roof anyway- it was at the Rogers Centre (Sky Dome)- if it did start to rain. There were all sorts of promotional booths both for the Argos, and the Blue Jays. Both suck horribly, but that's not for me to say-- It's for them to know. Finally- and just in time!- dad came to pick us up. I had my rubber bracelet on... You know, just in case ;D


That's really all that happened today. Nothing too exciting. Tomorrow we might go to Sherway Gardens, which F.Y.I. is a mall, not a big, pretty garden. *Abercrombie & Fitch, HERE I COME! WATCH OUT!* (And it BETTER!)

Hey everyone! Today, Aly and I went horseback riding. It was fun-- to an extent. I now *officially* have what I think is permanent rope-burn damage, along with 3 small blisters, a cut, and a sore sopt that I really don't know what happened to. Yeah. But even though my horse (Ronnie :P) pulled SO HARD when she wanted to stop and eat, or went off the path, I took about 3 minutes to either: get her to STOP EATING, or get her BACK ON THE PATH! All in all it was fun!


Anywho, my internet connection keeps giving out, so I can't keep typing, or else I won't get ANYTHING posted, lol! <3

FINALLY! It's taken me about 15 minutes to get on here and post! I tried to post this morning too, but the internet connection cut out, right when it was about to publish. Bell maddens me. HA! Joel MADDEN! But when used in the context that I did, it isn't a real word. Hey, everyone can make up their own words from time to time! It's not a horrible crime that we're comitting!


I've changed the layout of my blog to what it is now. And, what kind of person would I have been if I decided not to add in a little something about choir. Ok. So choir is the base of the layout. But that's not the point! The point is that I still like choir, and I still think that it rocks. Always will. CHOIR STILL ROCKS!


Anyone here watch Popular? If you don't, I completely recommend it. All about high school life. It's fairly old, but not as old as Boy Meets World, Brotherly Love or... What's one that everyone would know of? Umm, The Flinstones! There we go!

So. Today. Well there's really nothing to say about it. Alyssa and I went to a movie this evening. Monster House. I didn't know that animated movies had corpses in them. What am I saying? I went to see Corpse Bride. I must be out of it or something. But it was good for the most part.


I can't wait for school to start again. I know I sound like a complete reject, but I don't care what anyone thinks. School is FUN. FUN. FUN. FUN.

Today, Aly and I didn't do much of anything... We went to Blockbuster this evening, and rented 'She's the Man' which was really good... And at points disturbing, lol!

It's a nice day today, isn't it!? So pretty outside! I forgot to mention yesterday, that Aly and I took Buster for a LONG walk, lol! Up around the lake, off onto the other side... It was fun! I don't know if we're gonna go out today. I think we're going to see a movie later. If we do go out, you'll hear about it either later on today, or tomorrow, lol!

Well, if I don't update for awhile, it's because Bell is being stupid with their idiotic dial-up services, and therefore it won't let me connect to the internet... SO YEAH!


Ok. Birthday was Saturday- I got LOTS of awesome gifts, and had a blast going to the Keg for dinner. I didn't think that my mom had bought me a cake, so when they brought it out when we were finished dinner, I was so surprised, lol!


All in all it was a great day! I had fun!


Right now, I'm watching Casper Meets Wendy, and typing at the same time. My new email for the time being is sam@sugarpooks.net. Ain't it wicked? LOL! I was so happy to FINALLY get Outlook Express mail, lol! If you've visited Pookah, (my hostess' site), you've probably realized that there are little cyber dogs everywhere... Hey bloggers! How's it going!?

Today, Aly and I went up to the plaza, and it actually didn't rain! :D First, we went to Pet Valu and bought Buster some bacon-strip-treat-things, lol! Then, we strolled over to AVO Convenience, to which we discovered we needed nothing in, because we already had popcorn and all that fluff at home. After that, we went to Baskin Robbins and had some ice cream. Aly had cookies & cream and chocolate chip cookie dough. I had chocolate peanut butter, in which the peanut butter was frozen rock-solid, so I had to prod, poke, stab and saw it to get the stuff to come apart. That took awhile, as you can probably tell by the words used to describe it.


After dinner, we took Buster for a walk, and on our way, we walked by a tree that had some weird tag on it. I went to read it, and it said 'Heart Lake Garden Centre' on the front, and on the back it had '$24.99' written on it, LOL! I was like, 'you can buy this tree, out of a PARK!?' I highly doubt that. Like they would uproot a tree to sell to someone. And it wouldn't even be property of HL Garden Centre, so what purpose would that tag have there? I'll take a picture tomorrow to show everyone, lol! Too funny! Hope blogger still isn't on it's maintenance outage then.


Remember yesterday's 30-minute-post, where I said that today's society is becoming dependant on technology? (Oh gosh, I just spelled technology in french--AHH!) Well, Alyssa pointed out to me this morning that it didn't quite make sense for me to write that, as I am using the WWW (world wide web) to blog, which would mean: Computer-> Technology-> What I was saying was a bad thing... You get the picture.


I was so happy this morning when I was FINALLY able to get on my all-time favourite blog, only to realize that it was closed for good. It's called Guava Maffiosa -weird name, I know- and it's a pop culture blog. It expresses all the views on life that you could ever ask for. That would be something I would like doing, but I'd never find the time. I'd have to keep this blog up and running, and you know how whenever there's something new that needs work, you pay specific attention to that one thing until it's done, just the way you like it... Then realize that you've forgotten about the old thing that you were so dedicated to. Like, this is the blog that I've had the longest-- wait, strike that-- I think I may have had one other that was on the WWW for awhile, then slowly died off as people stopped visiting.


Because -can I start a sentence with 'because'? I remember Mr. Ambrose (4th gr. teacher) saying not to... But whatever, no one cares, as everyone does it at some point- Now I don't even remember what the heck I was talking about... That's what going off topic does for you. Tip: Don't try it.


Aly just discovered a stupid little trademark in the front of 'Inkheart', so if you have the book, go get it, and look at this picture:

LOL! Aly's first words when she saw it were 'HA! THAT'S SO RANDOM!'

Such a weird little bit of text to put in that book, lol! We came to the conclusion that Cornelia Funke must have referenced BAND-AID in the book, therefore Chicken House had to add in the trademark for it.


It does make sense when you think about it, lol! Just the fact that it was right there was probably the best part of the book, now that I know it's there, lol!

Hey everyone! It's been awhile, but that's because nasty ole' Blogger wouldn't let me post anything. It's pretty late, as in 10:56PM late, but I had to update, now that I'm able to again ;D


I'll start with yesterday, Sunday. My cousin, Alyssa, came at around 6:00-ish (lol Amanda! ISH!), and I'm REALLY excited, because now I have someone to talk to and have MASSIVE fun with. Can I say that? Massive fun? lol!


Today though, we mostly hung around the house. Working on random fluff on the net. Websurfing, if you will. :P


So, it's the third week of being on summer vacation. It is 'dragish' but I'll get used to it, mom says, so before long, I'll be wishing that summer had just started again. Which might prevail to be true, but not yet. Remember, I'm the choir dork.


It seems like it's been summer forever. I guess it's not so bad when you think about it, and I mean really think about it. -Just turned 11:01- It seems like school's been out for centuries. Millenniums even. I must also remember to write Ms. Hallok, although, I'm pretty sure she's not expecting anything, as who would want to expect anything from me? Grad night seems so far gone. And it's seriously not funny. Laura and I decided to look for songs and make a soundtrack to the Grad Dance, (can I capitalize the 'd'?), because it would be SO cool! And get this- some schools get DVD Yearbooks! How cool is that!? However, I much prefer the nice paper ones. Society is becoming too dependant on technology.


It seems as though I might have my best thoughts of the day at night -which makes NO sense when you really analyze it- when it's all dark and quiet. Wow, I can really get a lot more done when the T.V. is off, lol! I usually have it on while I'm blogging, and I end up getting absolutely nowhere except saying 'hi!'. Go figure. Some people work a whole lot better with their music and televisions blaring. Like, I was never one to do homework with the television and radio on. It annoyed me to death! I'd just be sitting there, concentrating more on the radio or T.V. than on my homework, but I would think that I was really focused on my homework, until I realized that nothing was written on the paper... :P


Life really is a mystery sometimes. Like how some people can sleep with all the lights in the house on, and others would rather sleep in a dark, dank hole in the ground. Or, what about those people that can't stand clicking of pens, but some could sit down with a pen and click it for hours. Sometimes I really don't know why life's like that, but I guess it's one of those things 'you'll learn when you're older'.


I keep copying the stuff I've written in case I hit that 'bad key' that takes me back to the entry views. Who knows why computers do that... I think it might just be to annoy bloggers that have great, long posts and then hit the backspace key at the wrong time, lol! Or, it could just be me.


Gosh it makes me tired, looking at this vibrant screen. Anyone else ever get like that? Your eyes start to water and then you blink, yawn, wipe the water out of your eyes again, and then the screen goes all fuzzy, and you forget what you were talking about. This post has gone on far too long, lol! I started at 10:56, and it's now 11:16. 20 minutes of me writing must bore you to death, lol! I can only imagine how long this is going to be on the page, lol!


Oh, I hope it's not sweltering outside tomorrow, AGAIN. Today was just plain nasty. It was all hot and sticky and... YUCK! Aly and I went to the park for about 5 minutes, discovered that it was too hot, and then went back home. When my mom finally came home from work, she opened up the pool and Aly and I jumped -literally- in. It was like getting into a warm bath, ya'll. It was so hot, 91.5 degrees to be exact, but it was still refreshing, so I don't know hot that works.


I really want to walk up to the plaza tomorrow. We used to do that like, every day last year. Just stroll up. Mind you, the ozone layer was in better shape then, and the global warming wasn't at it's peak. Plus, now there's pollen flying EVERYWHERE, so best of luck to all with allergies. It can't be fun having sore, watery eyes or a stuffy nose. Also, another 'good luck' going out to all those with asthma. That's another thing that can ruin your summer. Blasted sicknesses. And believe it or not, you can get a cold in this heat. I KNOW! Weird, eh!?

Ok, it's 11:24, so it's been almost a half hour since I began. This is SO lengthy, if you read it in full, you'll HAVE to email me and tell me, lol! Because I know not many of you are. You might read the first little bit, scroll down the page, and then be like 'Psht, yeah right I'm reading all that!', then move on to go Google a recipe -just a thought-. I'm going to set the record: longest blog post- 30 minutes! :D

Well, there's nothing new to report on today. Same old boring junk happening. I might decide, like now, to redo the layout, simply because I have nothing better to do. Well, I've been trying for the past hour to add a simple *new* song and a little poster for Material Girls, which comes out on August 18th... However, my blog is 'too big' so it takes 'too long' (sorry, had to do that! :P) to republish it... The only thing I can do now is post an entry (which is what a BLOG is for, so I don't really know why I'm complaining), or edit the index, and even sometimes THAT doesn't work!

So, if you see lack of attention to some parts, (i.e. pictures), it's because it's malfunctioning :P
